The Scope of Journal
The chemical industry is growing steadily with increased use and production of new compounds. Man-made harmful chemicals have been traced in every environment, polluting water, food, and air with serious health effects on wildlife and humans. Many of these chemicals have been linked to serious illnesses contributing to learning disabilities, neurological diseases, and cancer.
The Journal of Chemicals and Environmental Health is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original findings of scientific research that apply both valid design and methods to detect, identify and evaluate the biological and the pharmacological effects of certain chemicals on human/animal health. The related environmental health topics that cover areas of medicine, biology, ecology, chemistry, toxicology, pharmacology and bioinformatics are welcomed to be presented.
Understanding the health risks due to environmental and occupational exposures to chemicals not only helps mandate effective use regulation improving public health but also provides tools to explore new biomarkers to monitor exposure and devise therapies.
The Journal publishes full-length research articles, rapid communications, and mini review/review articles.
The Journal of Chemicals and Environmental Health publishes original works FREE of charge.
