Scope of the Journal


Foodborne diseases create a huge impact on national socio-economic development and human health. Foodborne infectious or toxic ingredients include microbial pathogens or chemical contaminants entering the body through food or water.

The Journal of Food Safety Perspectives is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that accepts original papers aimed to improve current applications in order to detect, identify and prevent food harmful contamination from interning food.  The journal publishes papers in a wide range of topics in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology and genetics to assess foodborne pathogens (bacterial, viral and parasites), seafood biotoxins, chemical contaminants and food allergens.

The Journal of Food Safety Perspectives will accept findings that include knowledge of immediate importance to investigators with enough clarity, soundness, and novelty of using methods and applications.

The Journal publishes full-length research articles, rapid communications, and mini review/review articles.

The Journal of Food Safety Perspectives is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original works FREE of charge.
